    Description

    For your consideration is this 1977 pewter letter opener that was designed and crafted exclusively for presentation to "Members of the Collectors Society" of the Franklin Mint.
    It measurers approximately 7.75 inches in length.  At the top of the handle is a bust of Ben Franklin the decoration under his head is a vine intwined with a ribbon on which is written
    "Franklin Mint Collectors Society" in very tiny letters.  This opener has never been used and was only removed from the box for pictures.  This comes from a smoke free home and is in its original packaging.
