We will happy to exchange the item is it’s Dead On Arrival or Not As Described. Buyer is responsible for sending them back before we make the exchange

Item will be inspected for completeness and condition upon receipt back before a replacement can be issued.
If the item arrives as described and buyers want to return for refund, 20% restocking fee might apply and customers pay for return shipping fee.
