Vintage 1950s souvenir from The Capitol Building on thermoset lucite plastic cabochons gold tone plated metal letter opener

5-78" long
As found and I have not touched it as far as cleaning.
Some gold tone chipping to tip.
Thermoset lucite plastic has the Capitol Building hand painted on it, shows minor wear and a is little bit dusty.
Leaving as found.
