silver Saudi Arabian sword shaped letter opener

Description

I am posting items from my parents estate - they were both prolific collectors - my father collected coins, postcards, all things opera and antique tools and my mom collected finials, pillboxes, LLadro, cats, birds, and just about everything else.
This silver sword shaped letter opener was purchased by my mom in Saudi Arabia in the 1980's.  Other than that, I do not know specifics on age.
