Description

Up for sale is a vintage Obi, imported directly from Japan.  PURCHASED FROM AN ESTATE SALE with Provenance from post- war Occupied Japan.
SUPERB as a wall hanging, also!
The Obi is about 10 feet long and 12 inches wide.  It is double-sided  – one end is sewn shut – the other end is open
The colors are a dominant oriental orange/red with some green, forming a repetitive stylized floral pattern on a beige background.  ORANGE RED EMBROIDERY FLOWER highlights enhance the color scheme.
The Obi is in very good estate condition.  No stains, but there are fold marks
